COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

Stan has an outstanding record navigating the highly detailed and complex world of design build projects for his clients such as Porsche Canada’s flagship dealership and headquarters, Unisource, Fuji, Sanyo, Kia Motors Corp. and Brewers Retail.

His formal negotiation training helps Stan create consensus among stakeholders. He brought more than two dozen stakeholders together to lease more than 150,000 square feet for Stantec, an architectural and engineering services firm. He also strategically brought 53 sports organizations together under the Sport Alliance of Ontario banner for more than 50,000 square feet in another large and complicated consolidation project.

Canadian Investors have long trusted Stan to make their real estate investments and deliver strong returns, for example the acquisition of the Siemens Building in Mississauga, which delivered exceptional returns. As one investor said, “he has a nose for a deal, and an eye for value”. Stan and his partners have built a commercial real estate private equity firm called Ironwood Bay, investing with some of Canada’s wealthiest families. Ironwood Bay strategically acquires well located real estate that will stand the test of time and produce superior returns for its stakeholders.
