Stan Krawitz is widely recognized as one of the most

Stan built a highly effective pure tenant representation company across Canada, called Real Facilities, from 2000-2015. As its Founder and President, he merged his business with Savills the global real estate provider, and joined them as Vice Chairman, Founder & Head of Canada. Stan led the Canadian business for eight years, opened numerous offices, headed up the Canadian Technology and Law Firm practice groups and was twice awarded the prestigious NAIOP Industrial Lease of the Year Award voted on by his peers. Stan’s crowning brokerage achievement at Savills was the idea generation, planning, execution and build of the new life sciences building for MaRS Discovery District Waterfront Campus at the Waterfront Innovation Centre.

Prior to founding Real Facilities in September 2000, Stan was a Vice President at Devencore Realties Corporation, where he was honored with the Top Producing Broker award four out of five years between 1996 and 2000.

Stan began his career at CBRE in June 1990 and was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” award in his first year of service in the commercial real estate industry.
